REFUNDS

Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Prior to shipment, you will receive a video showing that your unit is as expected. Remaining balances must be paid in full upon your approval of this video verification. This step ensures your heirloom piece is nothing short of perfection; therefore, refunds will not be issued after your order ships. Additionally, returns will not be accepted for sanitary reasons and due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our luxury units. By agreeing to the Terms of Service and approving of the video verification, you waive the right to file a dispute based on "goods or services not as described" or "unauthorized transaction." The Heirloom: Crowned is not liable for any structural damage, tearing, or alterations made to the uint or lace once the item is delivered and in the customer's possession.

CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation.

EXCHANGES

If you made a mistake during the check-out process and need to make a change before your order is fulfilled, please contact us immediately. The Heirloom: Crowned will not honor exchanges or modifications once raw material procurement or construction has begun, and under no circumstances after the order has shipped. Further, we maintain discretion not to honor exchange requests as these are hand-made units customized for each unique buyer. See also our refund policy.
